DO YOU PICK UP FROM CRUISE SHIPS AND WHAT TIME WILL I BEGIN THE TOUR?
All bookings have an option of pick up between 9am & 10am i will make contact via email to confirm your time. I provide pick up and drop off from the cruise ships. Typically most people arriving on the cruise ship will book the half day tour. I will pick you up at a suitable time of your cruise ship docking and ensure to drop off in time for the cruise departure. I monitor all cruise ship arrivals so don’t worry if your cruise ship is late to dock I will be waiting for you at the terminal.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
In extreme cases of bad weather I will issue a refund. If the weather is raining I will discuss other possible options on pick up and we can amend the tour slightly to avoid the weather or maybe visit the indoor market while the weather settles. On the other hand Madeira is often sunny so don’t forget your suncream.
DO YOU SEND A RECONFIRMATION MESSAGE?
Yes I send a reconfirmation WhatsApp message or an email within the week prior to the tour. This will have a reminder of pick up location and time.
